[Solved] Aria2 1.10.3?

Any specific reason aria2 hasn't yet been updated to 1.10.{1,2,3}? Not even in [testing]?

Prob is that 1.10.0 has a major HTTP/HTTPS bug. Everything seems to be ironed out with all supported protocols in 1.10.3.
