compiler flags

What flags do you guys use when compiling packages?  Obviously they are related to the i686 architecture, but I was just wondering which specific ones you use.

Thanks

Re: compiler flags

if (question == "compiler flags") {
  resist_gentoo_flame_temptation()
  sleep(15)
  attempt_reasonable_answer()
}

I just use the default ones for arch, so that if I build/create a package, it is compatible with the rest of the community.

Re: compiler flags

A look in your ABS tree would provide an answer. If you do not know what ABS is, man pacman and man makepkg should provide an answer.

Re: compiler flags

The default flags are in /etc/makepkg.conf
