Include frandom for install

Thought I would ask / query if it would be a good idea to include frandom as default for the installation medium.

If you use encyption, trying to fill up a drive with random info before you start takes forever using /dev/urandom. Having access (as an option over urandom) For installation, might be a nice addition. It wouldnt have to be included as part of the finished installation, but it would be of great use to have access to it for installation.

In my own totally unscientific kill -USR1 dd_pid tests I was getting roughly the same write speeds from /dev/frandom as I was from /dev/zero! This is a massive speed boost over urandom, and considering hard drives of 2Tb are about, and only getting bigger.. I read an article about toshiba creating new tech which will squeeze 8Tb into a standard 3.5" within a year or two, seriously, you might aswell go on a round the world cruise whilst you wait for urandom to fill that one up.

File a request on the bugtracker, that's the only place for this kind of questions smile.
