Disable Gnome Tooltips?

I tried searching here and couldn't find my answer so I figured I would ask how can I disable / turn off Gnome tool tips?

I found that too but in under 5 seconds which means you have better bandwidth than me or super elite Google searching skills...

I read that entire article and it didn't work for me. I don't have any command response for 'gconf-editor' and or the Gnome menu's that he notes don't match Arch's Gnome meta-package layout.
