PiTiVi broken

I just got the PiTiVi 0.13.5 update. When I start it I get this error:

You do not have a recent enough version of the GStreamer Python bindings (currently 0.10.18.0)
Install a version of the GStreamer Python bindings greater or equal to 0.10.19

The gstreamer0.10-python package is at version 0.10.18 and flagged as out of date. I tried building the gst-python bindings manually but got an error message about some other GStreamer component being out of date. I'm putting together a video for someone and I'm on a deadline; how I can I get this fixed as soon as possible? Do I just have to wait until the other gstreamer packages are brought up to date? Should I somehow downgrade to the previous version of PiTiVi?

There's no point in sitting and doing nothing because of a broken app - downgrade.

i say to report it and ask to be downgraded until gstreamer is updated
