Hi,
I share a PC with someone and therefore I want to have the ability to switch users (while staying logged in).
I use Fluxbox, the other person uses Gnome.
I formerly used SLiM as login manager, yet it doesn't have the previously mentioned switch user option, as far as I know, so I decided to use GDM.
However, when I use GDM and log in to a fluxbox-session, my font's colour in Fluxbox is changed, as well as my font used in Conky.
Screenshots showing the change:
Slim
GDM
Please notice the colour change in Speed Dial - Opera in the top bar.
What could have caused this? How can I change it to my liking?
Regards,
Tom

Do you have/use a ~/.fonts.conf file?
If not, try using one.

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately I haven't had access to this computer for a while, so sorry for my late reply.
I tried using one, but it makes no difference.
Besides, ~/.fonts conf has no effect on colours whatsoever, which is partly the "problem" here.
I simply don't understand how using a different login manager affects fluxbox fonts and colours.
I am aware that this isn't a very serious problem (like for example, kernel panic), but it annoys me as I don't understand how this is caused.
P.S. Yeah, I just did that (:
