Linux on Cisco Wireless Modem WAG200G

Anyone have experience with this? Is it worth the try?

Reason I want to try this is that my girlfriend complained about my server being up constantly, and being right so, because I don't actually need it. So I started looking into Wake-on-lan. Now I discovered that my Cisco Wireless Modem WAG200G doesn't support port forwarding to mac-addresses. The search went on and I stumbled upon http://openwag200.sourceforge.net/.

Been reading some, but it doesn't seem very mature. I don't want to experiment too much, so I'm looking for first-hand experiences, pro's and contra's.

When everything's coming your way, you're in the wrong lane I say.
