cant build pynzb

I cant seem to build pynzb it fails with:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 1, in <module>
    from setuptools import setup, find_packages
ImportError: No module named setuptools

and yes i do have setuptools installed

if you use testing, you'll probably need to patch pynz to build/work with python2
