bluetooth auto hid2hci

Hello I'm trying to make my logitech mx5000 mouse and keboard work on hci bluetooth mode instead of hid mode.
By default it works on hid mode:
Bus 002 Device 019: ID 046d:0b02 Logitech, Inc. BT Mini-Receiver (HID proxy mode)

Bluetooth wiki says I should run the hid2hci command to do that, but there's no such command in my system.

After some searching I found out that unplugging the usb dongle and plugging it while holding the connect (or sync) button it work on hci mode:
Bus 002 Device 023: ID 046d:c709 Logitech, Inc. BT Mini-Receiver (HCI mode)
Bus 002 Device 022: ID 046d:0b02 Logitech, Inc. BT Mini-Receiver (HID proxy mode)

I'd like to know if there's any way to make udev or bluetooth start the device on hci mode
do you know wich package is hid2hci in? may be i misse installing something (I think i only installed bluez and kbluettoth)

And finally are there any way to pair the keyboard without a key?
I set my keyboard as a trusted device in kbluetooth, but whenever i connect it (every system start...) i have to set a passkey in kbluetooth (while keyboard dosen't work) and then type it with the keyboard to pair the device.

Re: bluetooth auto hid2hci

I think hid2hci was part of the old bluez 3.x stack.
