Samsung N150 - GNOME doesn't suspends on lid closing (SOLVED)

hello everybody. I have Samsung N150 laptop and Arch Linux installed on it with GNOME.
in system->preferences->power management in 'on AC power' tab available only one option for action 'when laptop lid is closed' -- blank screen. suspend is missing! how to turn it back, maybe i missing some package for it? or there is maybe some non-gnome way of suspending-on-lid-close?
Thanks in advance, Roman.

I think that this is because of a kernel bug......someone has posted some similar posts in the forum and perhaps you could search for that...
