[SOLVED] Laptop closing/opening events

o/

I hope this is the correct forum to ask in, so here it is:

Although there aren't many people, that could think of touching my new laptop, I'd like to make it as untouchable as possible — I want to turn on slock or some script, when I close my lappy. I ran `xev`, and closed/opened it, but unfortunately I saw no events. :/ I searched through some google posts, but I found only nubuntu users asking/telling about how to do that with gnome, but I don't have GNOME(using musca), so I came here. :]

UPDATE: Yup, ACPI is what I want, thanks!
