Hi!
Now I'm running xserver 1.9 (1.9.0.901-1). Only problem I have is that mouse doesn't move in any 3D games I tried. That is Amnesia, OpenArena, Doom3. OpenArena and Amnesia are 64bit, Doom3 is 32bit.
Cursor appears in game, but that's it. I couldn't find any clue what's wrong, because wine games run fine, gnome has cursor etc.
Anyone have this problem? How to solve this?

Maybe you need some settings like
SDL_VIDEO_FULLSCREEN_HEAD=1 SDL_VIDEO_X11_DGAMOUSE=0 /usr/bin/quake3https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 24#p388824

Hi!
SDL_VIDEO_X11_DGAMOUSE=0 worked in OpenArena, it has no effect in Doom3. Previously with 1.8 xserver it worked w/o any variables.

I have the same problem with teeworlds, the mouse doesn't move. Using the same xorg version...
but if I open the game with SDL_VIDEO_X11_DGAMOUSE=0 it works...
before the last xorg update everything was ok

And you know what else it helps - DosBOX. I was having problems with the mouse not moving in all my DosBOX games (what can I say, I'm a retro gamer). Setting this environment variable before running DosBOX fixed it! Now, back to X-Com & Master of Magic ![]()

Hi!
I'm pleased to say that this bug is fixed, I upgraded the following packages:
upgraded xorg-server-common (1.9.0.901-1 -> 1.9.0.901-2)
upgraded xorg-server (1.9.0.901-1 -> 1.9.0.901-2)
upgraded xkeyboard-config (1.9-1 -> 2.0-1)
Tested with openarena and Doom3.
P.S. Please test and comment to bugzilla as well...
