Native LV2 port of the famous mda e-piano VSTi plugin

Hi guys,

the day before yesterday I went through the idiot's guide to programming LV2 plugins. I thought I wouldn't need it for any actual project in the near future, but I noticed that I was wrong when I installed the mda-lv2-svn package just to notice, that the mda instruments were not playable via MIDI. So I downloaded the source code of the mda e-piano VSTi plugin and got to work.

The result is a playable native LV2 port of the mda E-Piano VSTi plugin. There are some minor issues remaining, but I'm going to continue working on them tomorrow. Once the remaining sound issues are fixed I will put together a simple GUI. I also hope to be able to write a stand-alone version (currently I use lv2_jack_host as the LV2 host).

(It's very difficult to continue programming at times, because the sound is just so beautiful... thanks to Paul Kellett for issuing his code under the GPL!)

Oh, nice. I'm a fan of MDA, and although I'm not in the situation to play around with sound, kudos to you for the port

Thought I'd bump this announcement by saying that all sound issues are fixed now. I'm starting to work on the GUI now and take on the mdaPiano to port next.
