Suspend to Disk problem (SOLVED)

Hi ppl.

Well I have a suspend to disk problem.

It is working, but only if I hibernate via terminal using s2disk command.
It is resuming fine and everything is working,

BUT

if I click on Shut Down, than Hibernate, than its NOT working. In that case system is writing to disk, but differenly and I cannot resume after switching on again.

I think that the problem is caused by the old suspend method that I used before. It was working fine, but stopped after update / upgrade. Than I set it up again, but differently.

I think that its a different method of suspend to disk.

I followed this wiki to setup s2disk:
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Sus … Suspending

Can anyone give me a clue what is wrong ?
thx inadvance

Re: Suspend to Disk problem (SOLVED)

aaaaaaaaaaa

Problem again.

I messed up my install and had to reinstall. I tried to use uswsusp method again but no package in community. So I decided to try pm-utils again.... and its working, BUT

I can hibernate only once. And its resuming fine. But if I try to hibernate again using kickoff or any applet hibernate option its NOT working.

I have to type sudo pm-hibernate to be able to do it.

What is the problem? Why cant I hibernate twice in a row. I can do it only after shutdown or restarting the system.

thx inadvance
