[Solved] Awesome 3.4.6 crashes after loading
Hi people, I upgraded recently to Awesome 3.4.6 but when I log in (GDM 2.32.0) it crashes and restarts X.org and GDM. I didn't find anything on the awesome wiki saying that 3.4.6 configuration differs from previous versions. This is my rc.lua config .
Any ideas?

actually the problem is not with awesome configs, it's with recent cairo version (xcb is disabled) & awesome 3.4.8 is available in aur.
so either install awesome from aur with cairo-xcb or install awesome from aur & rebuild cairo from abs with --enable-xcb option.. (i'm using the latter)
