This has happened in two cases, but I can only rememeber the one as I'm constantly dealing with it. Whenever I right click on a torrent in transmission and choose 'open folder' it opens the destination folder and then 5 seperate windows in my home directory. I'm running xfce w/thunar. Not sure what I would have done to cause this and I have no idea where to look.
