if firefox command does nothing, try this

I updated firefox to 1.0.1-1 version, when i used firefox command nothing happened, firefox doesn't appear and i didn't get any messages.

After trying a lot if things, i fixed it updating glibc to 2.3.4-2.

it didnt work  :-p

i did an update on both and tried firefox between each.. and nothing.. still no solution ??
