vmbuilder / thincrust for arch?

I have a need for an application like red hat's thincrust or debian's vmbuilder for Arch, does one exist or will I need to write it myself?

A description of what these apps do, or even some link(s), would be useful to people who might reply to you - not a good idea to assume everyone knows what you're talking about just because you do.

Re: vmbuilder / thincrust for arch?

I apologise,

I need an application that prepares a virtual machine image with archlinux pre installed. basically something that installs Arch onto a vm image and then the vm image can just be run.

Fedora has a similar project called thincrust:
http://www.thincrust.net/

And Debian has vmbuilder:
http://wiki.debian.org/VMBuilder

I was thinking that this would be fairly simple to do with AIF.  I have started developing one since I am yet to find one, but as is often the case, I might just be blind.

Thanks Tomk

Well, I am almost ready for an initial release then, I will announce it soon.
