Problem with Kernel26mm and nvidia 7167

Hi,

with both installed, agpgart puts my GeForce4 MX 440SE into 4x mode. With kernel26 (in testing repository) and the same driver (too in testing repository) runs into 8x mode (same thing with vanilla kernel 2.6.11.3 and original-patched nvidia driver).
