SMPlayer does not playback any video

This is happening to me from time to time.... see.... i play a video, then i close it: Next time i try to play it, the video is in it's smallest size, i meanm i see no video and only heard audio...
If i resize the player, i can still see no video at all:
Erased the preferences, and still the same.
Restarted the whole computer and.... still the same!

I changed from vdpau to the default video processing output with the same results.....
What's wrong with smplayer?
I have my reasons for thinking it's better than vlc I have been using VLC for ages until i started playing HD movies: They play smoother in smplayer, even parts that in VLC i was not able to play them, SMPlayer does

Does anyone else have the same issue?

delete from ~/.config/smplayer/file_settings or something like that and if is working, disable Remember settings for all files

I directly deleted ~/.config/smplayer but no result....
