problem installing opera

well i dont get the "makepkg -s or pacman -u or if you have to be inside the folder when doing it or make the /etc/opera after saying makepkg but so far im at a folder with these contents:

opera-10.63-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz  opera.install  PKGBUILD
opera-10.63-6450.i386.rpm      pkg            src

and im not sure what to do here.ive installed opera on another comp but i cant for the life of me figure out how i did it and must have forgot.

It looks like you already ran makepkg -s, so now you have to run pacman -U opera-10.63-1-i686.pkg.tar.xz (as root of course).
