Do you have the archlinuxfr repo enabled?

yes why?

It contains a broken compiz. Disable it and -Syu the compiz packages from community.
Sidenote: Some people claim that compiz-manager is vastly superiour to fusion-icon

You don't need it for yaourt, actually, the yaourt and package-query packages in archlinuxfr is often out of date.

Any ideas?

That's the same error you have above. You might still have the compiz package from archlinuxfr in your package cache. Look in /var/cache/pacman/pkg and delete any compiz packages that exist there, and then try to reinstall.

Nop still doesn't work, the same error. Reinstalled with:
yaourt -S compiz-core compiz-decorator-gtk compiz-fusion-plugins-extra compiz-fusion-plugins-main compizconfig-backend-gconf compizconfig-python fusion-icon
