Splashy Problem

Splashy shows a white/beige screen on boot, instead of the theme I selected. I'm using uvesafb instead of KMS because my card is an NVIDIA which doesnt support KMS. Anybody help?

After you selected the theme did you rebuild the image with mkinitcpio ?

Also be aware that the latest version of splashy with current kernel and X will briefly show a light yellow flash on bootup and shutdown. Seems to be a bug.

Look like a bug with .jpg themes. Try .png theme.
