/dev/sda4 contains a filesystem with errors after installing freenet

I should have looked at the Wiki prior to installing Freenet, but I decided to install it off of freenetproject.org. Immediately after downloading it my computer noticeably slowed down, and now whenever I turn my computer on Arch fails when checking filesystems, and gives the following message:

/dev/sda4 contains a file system with errors, check forced.
Inode 15753509 has illegal block(s). /dev/sda1: clean, 30/26104 files, 16799/104388 blocks

filesystem check failed

Please repair manually and reboot. Note that the root filesystem is currently mounted and read-only. To remount it read-write type: mount -n -o remount,rw /
When you exit the maintenance shell the system will reboot automatically.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
