SSL Certificate problems

Hello!
I have a strange problem with connecting https://
Every time I access a web site with a ssl certificate it seems like openssl (or whatever program) doesn't read the cert or the info about it properly, and I got a warning (even with gmail.com)

When I try to access a file from github I get

error: SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details:
error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed while accessing https://github.com/user/repo.git/info/refs

fatal: HTTP request failed

I'm pretty sure it's a software related, because it's a fresh install and half an hour ago(before a few new installations) I had no problems.

Thanks
