HP Wireless Scanner I/O Error [SOLVED]

I have a HP C4700 and I had this scanner working wirelessly fine in Ubuntu, but I am getting -> error: SANE: Error during device I/O (code=9) when trying to scan.

My device shows up in the list of devices with scanimage -L, and I added my user to group scanner?

Any ideas what I missed or need to do?

I just added the ip address to the end of the uri
hpaio:/net/Printer?zc=HPModel?ip=192.168.1.1
