Help Diagnosing Crash

I just set up a fresh arch install on my new SSD.  Everything was working great until this morning when my system froze (hard freeze, had to power off) shortly after booting up when I was trying to load a webpage in chromium.

Nothing seemed out of the ordinary in messages.log nor in several of the other log files (but I'm not too sure about what I'm looking for).  I did find the following entry in dmesg.log:
WARNING: at kernel/irq/manage.c:290 __enable_irq+0x56/0x80()
Hardware name: EP45-DS3L
Unbalanced enable for IRQ 16

Here's my uname -a in case it helps:
Linux nelsonarch 2.6.35-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat Oct 30 21:22:26 CEST 2010 x86_64 Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9450 @ 2.66GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

I had intermittent crashes on my previous arch install too.  I ran memtest86 for about 2 days straight without errors, and I had no crashes with Windows 7.

Thanks.
