Strange problem with sound and GNOME

Hi

I have strange problem when I login to my profile on GNOME. On every new login PCM change from 100% to 50%.
It happen only on my profile and only on GNOME. I tried login on Fluxbox (my profile) and is OK (no sound change).
I also tried create new account and after logout and login sound is OK (on GNOME).

I have no idea what files and settings i should check.

It is not global ALSA problem!
