If you mean the Firefox theme, that appears to be Qute. Window decoration looks like Plastik from KDE. GTK theme looks like Bluecurve.

looks like a theme for kde 3.5. especially the window border theme

I was referring to the Window theme and as soon as Plastik was mentioned, it rung a bell . Aren't Bluecurve's icons different to those? The scrollbar on the right is definitely Bluecurve.

I'm quite sure that it is from PC-BSD as well; so it would be some KDE theme.
