In the last (April) issue of Linux+ magazine they also included Archlinux 0.7 iso. The magazine is available in pl, fr, cz, de, es (or at least should be according to their webpage - which sucks BTW :-) - I can only confirm it's in the Polish version).

Not bad, not bad. I think she's right, this is going to be Arch's year, despite stiff opposition. Nice.

Lanrat, I am one of the Linux+ editors (I am responsible for the Gnome section). I might write something about Arch in the future, in conjuction to Gnome of course.

That would be cool. Let me/us know if you do this (I don't buy every issue).

It was suggested Arch having wiki documents with color. I have requested cactus to add in his wiki development.

... someone tries to pull archlinux into her direction, (miss)using the power of an os related web magazine ...
I have to wake up. It must be a nightmare. It should be one.

Eugenia posted an article exclusively about something she likes instead of actual news? Shocking!

Not to introduce a down note ... but this whole idea of 2005 being the year of Archinux ...
Is it really a good thing?
1. If it is - it will attract new users in droves (like it has for other 'distros of the year') - with all their wants and demands and all the other attendent hassle?
2. If it is - will Archlinux experience a change as a result - that will take it in a direction different from what has attracted most of us here in the first place?
3. If it is - will keeping up with it all eventually burn out Judd and company, causing them to begin to look for some other ways to channel their talents?
4. And if it is - will Archlinux become another bloatware distro as a result of all the 'wishes' and 'demands' and 'requests' that will flood in to make it more n00b friendly?
I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm not convinced that having 2005 be the year of Archlinux won't bring more pain and hassle and trouble than it will ever be worth.
Just a thought ....

probably arch will stay as a stripped down vanilla distro to the end of time, much like debian,
debian is the worlds largest hobby distro and hasn't change much over the years,
arch + gentoo + initng + python = enlisy
