I have read awhile back about moving the mouse cursor by moving hand in front of a webcam

Is there such thing in linux which actually works ?

It's all the same group of software (I have found also some that track your face), but what I am really looking at is somthing to track hand - As in moving hand and pointing in the air in front of the computer
