USB 5.1 soundcard almost working

hi,

I just bought an USB 5.1 soundcard.
I created a .asoundrc file a described in the wiki.

It works with Spotify, but not with flash in Firefox/Chromium and VLC. VLC send an error "VLC failed to initialize your sound output device (if any)." and fall back to the chipset soundcard.
With Spotify, there is still a problem : only 2 speakers (front left and right) and the sub woofer are working.

Does anybody knows what I can do in order to fix that ?
What informations do you need ? I'm using ALSA if it can help.
