Java fatal error? [SIGBUS] [SOLVED]

I just did pacman -Suy and now I can't run any java application.

 [user3@mypc ~]$ java
#
# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
#
# SIGBUS (0x7) at pc=0x00007f4a873cfb3f, pid=9000, tid=139958086846224
#
# JRE version: 6.0_20-b20
# Java VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (17.0-b16 mixed mode linux-amd64 )
# Derivative: IcedTea6 1.9.3
# Distribution: Custom build (Thu Dec 2 11:51:14 UTC 2010)
# Problematic frame:
# C [libc.so.6+0x7eb3f] memset+0x49f
#
# An error report file with more information is saved as:
# /home/user3/hs_err_pid9000.log
Σφάλμα κατάτμησης (segmentation fault)

You think this is an IcedTea problem or is it only arch linux related?

Edit & solution: Sorry, this was not a bug after all. I just saw that my root partition had zero disk space left free after the upgrade.
