PC freezes after starting kompmgr with active RenderAccel

Hi,

wanted to try out the new cool transparency-feature in kde3.4, but if in my xorg.conf "RenderAccel" is set to "true" my complete PC freezes. With Software-Rendering it's working, but of course very very slow and unusable.
I'm using a nvidia-card (GeForce4-Ti4200) with arch-package nvidia-1.0.7167-2.
If I'm using xcompmgt with "RenderAccel" and transset all works great.
Any hints?

Downgrading to 6629 solved this problem.
