Hey guys,
as the subject says: I'm using the "Obsidian Coast" Color-Scheme for KDE. The icons (in the menu-bar) in libreoffice look really ugly, so I desided too get into it. After long searching the web, I checked that it has sth. to do with the Color Scheme... when I change it, the icons are okay...
I tried this: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Op … OpenOffice
but it doesn't solve the problem.
The file dialog looks good and everything is fine, just the icons are ugly... What can I do?

It has a lot to do with contrast (that turns the OO icons theme to hi-contrast). I've had this problem with all DEs. Searched enough but did not find a good and stable solution. The only thing that I can propose, is to tinker a bit with the colors [System settings> Application appearence> colors> (your theme highlighted) > colors] and lighten up view background (mainly) and window background.
While you can stay at a dark theme (but not totally black), the icons return to the original theme. You try a bit and see.
Now there sits a man with an open mind. You can feel the draft from here...
