Powerpill Portable - a utility for upgrading unconnected computers

I've had this idea for a while but finally tried it after seeing this thread. You can find the script and some info here.

This is a utility to help upgrade computers running Arch Linux without an internet connection. The basic idea is that it copies some local files to a directory that you can take with you on a USB drive or some other portable medium. You open up the directory on another computer and run a limited version of powerpill that can download new and upgradable packages. You then take the directory back to the unconnected computer, run a script to update the sync database and copy the downloaded packages to the cache, then upgrade as usual.

I haven't tested it on another system yet so I would appreciate confirmation that it works (or bug reports if it doesn't).

The unconnected computer must have powerpill and rsync installed.
The connected computer must have Perl and Aria2 installed. It doesn't matter what OS it uses.
