Upload file to ideone using bash with curl and get output link

I'm new to cUrl but it looks quite interesting. I'm looking for a way to write a simple bash script using cUrl to upload my code file , select right lang and get the output from ideone.com .
Any good tutorials about cUrl are really appreciated Thanks
