I downloaded all packages and move them to my hard disk

I do not have internet connection in home so I can not install packages from internet , at work place I have internet and I can download packages , so I go this link and download everything by wget
ftp://ftp.uni-erlangen.de/mirrors/archlinux
after long time I download many many packages . I have many packages in
community
community-staging
community-testing
core
extra
pool

and other directories , all of them are over 22GB and I have many packages , so I want move all packages to home and make localrepo and start install packages from localrepo and use them
I download everything , because I do not know which directories or which packages I need .
so my question are this ?
1- which version of arch work better i686 or x86_64 ?
2- how I can say pacman or other application like pacman , use my hard disk for install packages , or how I can make localrepo in arch ?
3- can I put all packages from all directories in one folder or one directory and make localrepo ? or I have to put all packages in different directories and then make localrepo ?
I want stable desktop and use it for my default desktop , without problem

Besides, I would stick with Xyne's advice - looks like a pretty functional solution.

mfaridi, it is totally unclear to me why you are duplicating a thread for this, but don't do that again please.
