on RAID5, after installation, `GRUB loading, please wait... Error 2'

My Dell T5400 Workstation with 3/1T disks.

In BIOS-Drivers-SATA Operation, the factory default setting is `RAID Autodetect / AHCI',
and 2 other selections are `RAID Autodetect / ATA' and `RAID On'.

I follow the guide to install, but when reboot, says:

GRUB Loading stage1.5.
GRUB loading, please wait...
Error 2

md1 - sda1 sdb1 sdc1  /boot
md5 - sdb5 sdb5 sdc5 swap
md6 - sda6 sdb6 sdc6 /
md7 - sda7 sdb7 sdc7 /home
