Partitioning and NTFS

Because of some trouble accessing EXT3 partitions from Windows (which, regretfully, I have to do), I need to repartition a bit and create an NTFS partition for my music files. Is there any way to re-partition without a GParted live cd? I want to test this first, and then try it...

If you have spare space just copy, reformat the partition and copy back.
