Could anyone package this?: Movistar Desktop for Linux

Movistar allows access at speeds equivalent to DSL, thanks to technology and new technology UMTS/3G HSPA / 3.5 G + while also ensuring maximum coverage with the GPRS network.

Movistar Desktop comes in different versions so you can use it with multiple handsets and operating systems. It is a tool that will allow connections from multiple devices, such as a laptop or a notebook, using cards or USB modems or through Internet Mobile Phone.
