Can xfce4-power-manager coexist peacfully with laptop-mode-tools?

I like that xfce4-power-manager can tell my computer to suspend after a certain amount of idle time and upon lid-close, etc.

Will it interfere with laptop mode tools? How can I check if it does?

I have both running and haven't noticed any problems.
