vmix isn't working

It seems recently OSSv4 has stopped allowing me to play multiple streams, and also apparently none of my volume sliders work anymore.

I don't have much in the way of details, but it seems whenever something is supposed to be playing alongside another thing, it finds the audio device in use, which is what vmix is supposed to take care of, or so I thought.

How do I fix my vmix?
