[SOLVED]Xfce - Not starting entire envinroment

Hi!
I am a new Xfce-user, but I've been using Arch for quite some time now.

Yesterday I had a power failure, and now I have some minor issues after login.
It seems like nothing is starting up as it should, I have neither xfce4-panel or icons on my desktop.
To make sure where the problem was I logged in as root and startxfce4'd, and both the panel and the desktop were there.

My guess is that some configuration or session file got corrupted when the power went down, how do I fix this? (Preferably without losing too much data)
I'll give you any information you need, I am just unsure of what you need to know about my system.

Thanks a lot!

/Simon

Sorry for wasting cyberspace.
It was some problem with a faulty session, deleting ~/.cache/sessions fixed it.
