KDE resolution not permanent

Hello guys, I just made the big move from GNOME to KDE, I feel real comfortable but there a slight problem, I can't seem to make my native resolution permanent. In GNOME I used to add my resolution (1920x1080) via Xrandr and then add the commands

xrandr --newmode "1920x1080_60.00" 148.35 1920 2008 2052 2200 1080 1084 1089 1125 +hsync +vsync
xrandr --addmode VGA-0 1920x1080_60.00

to the /etc/gdm/PreSession/Default file. I did the same thing to the /usr/share/config/kdm/Xsetup file for KDE but it doesn't work. I know I'm missing something small but can you help me out?

Thanks!

Re: KDE resolution not permanent

You can put the commands in ~/.xprofile, they'll be executed regardless of the used desktop environement.
