Issue Printing With HP F4480 Printer (Discolored Printouts)

Hello everyone. My wife had a desktop computer hooked up to her HP F4480 printer, but she no longer has that and has a D630 laptop instead. Ever since setting up CUPS and HPLIP on her laptop, it doesn't seem to print right and does some really weird things.

I tried to have her print my newest certificate (PDF format) for me but it looks strange. I attached it to this post.

The HP test page seems to be working fine. I printed a text file once and it printed weird lines in it but I thought it was a fluke until this happened today. Any ideas on what would cause discoloration like this?

Ghostscript has the most influence on the performance of color and text.  Cups has also been upgraded so could be the cause.

I have similar problems with HPLIP, also recently upgraded.
