Can't shutdown or reboot from KDE

Hi, just installed arch+kde but i cannot shutdown  or reboot with the shutdown buttons.

I have to open konsole and type "sudo shutdown -h now" or "sudo reboot".

My user is in the "power" group.

After searching i found this:

Seems like kde needs to play a sound before allowing you to shutdown the system, but you need speex to play it... still idk why it wasn't installed by default if it is needed.
