Hi,
While considering to purchase a Fujitsu Lifebook AH530 GFX, my web search didn't reveal any information whether Arch Linux would or wouldn't run comfortably on that notebook. I hope we can do better and collect the experience Arch Linux users have had with the AH530 so far.
For me, Linux compatibility is a must; the pre-installed Windows wouldn't even experience its first boot. At first sight, the hardware looks quite promising for Linux (that's essentially the reason why I'm interested in it): Core i5-460m 2.53 GHz 3MB cache, 4 GB RAM, screen 15.6 Glossy LED HD WXGA 1366x768,VGA ATI Mobility Radeon HD 550V equipped with 1 GB of dedicated memory MB, wireless BGN, BT, FW, HDMI, eSATA connector, High-Definition Glossy Display, Gigabit LAN (10/100/1000) .
Are any happy/unhappy Fujitsu Lifebook AH530 GFX users around who can tell what works out of the box in Arch Linux and what does not?
Cheers,
remstereo

I think this gear can take anything you can throw at it, full-blown KDE etc. Whether all the drivers are actually working - I don't know, I'm using a 7yo P4 with 512MB RAM :-)
