[monitorix] convert generic init script -> ARCH-specific init script

The author of monitorix has updated his package to use a new init script.  Can someone have a look at it and help convert it to an ARCH-specific one so I can place the finished version in the package?  I have updated the rest of the PKGBUILD, but am over my head with respect to this.

Here is the included monitorix.init which needs to be adapted:  http://pastebin.com/5p01JE8c

Thanks in advance.

I modeled this one off /etc/rc.d/ntpd - can someone take a look and lemme know if it's kosher?
