USB dev node permissions

Since yesterday I have no writing permissions on USB devices as normal user (via libusb) anymore.

Of course I could fix this by changing the permissions via udev rules, but as it worked without any tweak since yesterday I'd like to know what caused this change and what the "clean" solution would be.

Any update that influenced USB device node permissions?
